Refund Policy

The Brand believes in showcasing exactly what they sell and therefore, the only time when returns/refunds are considered are when you receive a damaged product.

 The products go through a Quality check by a specialized team before they are dispatched to the customers, the only way damages can occur are in Transit. The brand takes whole sole responsibility of it and in order to deliver a happy shopping experience they believe in not letting the customer bear any loss for Transit damages.

  1. Once dispatched and in-transit, the order cannot be canceled.
  2. In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the package. No requests will be considered after that.
  3. It will be advisable to make an opening video to avoid any questions and get full refund for your product.
  4. If you fail to make a video, the team would still consider your request and will get to you with a solution that is beneficial to both you and the brand. But in this case, there will be no full refund.

 

Also, in some cases the team can ask you to send back the product. Once the team receives the product, it must be unworn, or unused, with tags and in original packaging. Once the team receives the product, they will then take a call for what amount to be returned or what product to be sent in return.

The team will get back to you on how and where to start the process once the return request is found genuine and is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as  flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
